I guess I am a bit scatter brained, as I have just been reminded by a customer in our store that I have never formally introduced myself.
My name is Matt Fales, and I am the President of Hobby People. I started this blog to better communicate some of my hobby observations, as well as to ensure that I am better connected to modelers. I get many emails from customers and I thought my conversations and answers might be helpful to others, rather than just a one on one communication that I would normally have.

by the way you have some great sales staff in San Diego a the Kearney Mesa Convoy store.. Lee, AJ and Chris have all been very helpful in feeding my new addiction to sailplanes and gliders etc…. i still am crashing the Phase 3 Fantom and Wild Wing on take off but the others are all doing great! and they have been very helpful getting me back into the hobby after at 20+ year hiatus.
